Is Dickel Red Less Rough then JD7

I actualy did not like the bitterness of No 8 so Is Red a good choice.
It will cost i lot in australia. I liked no 12. I read Red is more pungent then 8. And is less rough there JD7

I agree. It is not nearly as good as JD Black Label IMO.

So Casade Dickel is not good? JD7 too rough for me.

The red label one, Cascade, struck me as rather young in profile with e.g. corn oil notes and I much prefer the two regular Dickel expressions especially the beige label. Personally I do not find Jack Daniels Black Label a rough drink, but as always there are different opinions...
