I don't get around here often anymore, but when I do I ALWAYS go directly to this thread to see what new things you've done.
And, as usual...
I honestly believe there is not a single "deceased distillery" (and probably several "still-working" distilleries) that has been as carefully and thoroughly documented as Kinsey/Continental/Publicker. THANK YOU!!
We're all going to be gone before long. Yes, all us oldsters, some who really remember and some who only know folks who really remember.
But what you're doing here will keep Mr. Neuman and Mr. Landis, and Mr. Publicker and Mr. Ludy... and especially Mr. Ziegler alive forever among those of us who honor the American Spirit.
I don't wear hats that much (they tend to slide down on my bald head), but if I did I'd be taking mine off to you!
BTW: Why aren't you publishing this as a printed book? I know you're not a professional author; neither am I. But we have such as memebers of this forum. Isn't anyone out there up to recommending Dave Z to their own publishers? This would be a HUGE seller, and it NEEDS to be published... that is, if Dave ever reaches a point where he considers it "done".
