Just wanted to say that recent reviews capture well the characteristics of current bottlings IMO. There will be some variations due to the single barrelings and the last review surely happened on a bottle that accented the corn and hay-like qualities. Other bottles will stress more the caramel and toasted qualities this bourbon can show. My current bottle (Barrel 365 barreled on 5/25/97) seems to have a good balance of the characteristics noted by all reviewers.
