The wife and I were lucky enough to be on our local ABC board's list for a dispersement of buffalo trace antique collection bourbons and a couple others, including all varieties of pappy. I'm planning on getting a 20 year (have a 15 already). my wife is going to get me something else for my birthday, so between george t stagg, parker's heritage collection and eagle rare 17 year, which would you pick and why?

All three of those are excellent. Its a matter of what taste profile you like best. I would probably eliminate the Eagle Rare and decide if I wanted a wheated whisky at cask strength or a 15 year old bourbon at Cask Strength. Can't go wrong with this one!
