Rathskeller 23yr rye over 130 proof

Who out there is knowledgeable enough to provide info on this rye? I ran into it in Bardstown in a small liqour store on a top shelf for $106.00. It was almost the color of pepsi. It was in a bottle similar to one of the Vintage releases or Pappy and it had a wax top.

I'm not sure what that was doing there...Rathskeller is the Seelbach house rye label...

Buy it man, buy it! 106 for a 23 yr old rye at barrel strength is a bargain.
