Hi I've been exploring the world of Bourbon the past year or so and I'm contemplating my next purchase, so far I've really enjoyed:

Four Roses Yellow Label (My daily pour)
Four Roses Small Batch
Elijah Craig (Delicious! Love its robustness)
Buffalo Trace (Great all around Bourbon)

What would you suggest I try for my next buy in the $20-$30 range? I'm contemplating Wild Turkey but is it a good sippin whiskey or more for college kids to take shots with along with Jack Daniels? I've tried Bulleit Bourbon a while back and it didn't leave much of an impression on me but everyone around here seems to love it. Old Grandad seems to be a a popular choice around here too.

Wild Turkey 101 is a great all around bourbon, mixes well and holds up to ice for the rocks drinker. It's often on sale here.

It might depend on where you are. I can get Woodford Reserve and Bulleit for about $25-$28. Both are very good choices.

Any of the Heaven Hill BIBs, Heaven Hill, Evan Williams, J.W. Dant, T.W. Samuels, though distribution tends to be spread over different geographic areas. Close cousins of those are Fighting Cock and Virgin Bourbon.
