Stranded on a deserted island....

If the cruise ship that you were on sank, and you were the only one who survived, and you washed ashore on a deserted island... which three full crates of bourbon from the ship's inventory would you want to be found, washed ashore on the beach?

None. No ship has a good bourbon inventory.

Some nice one's: WT Rare Breed, Woodford Reserve, WT Kentucky Spirit, Jefferson's Reserve Very Old Very Small Batch, maybe some of those Pappy's that I've never had.
Cheers!

Well Wasatch, you may never find any Pappy's, since they have still never found all that bourbon that was stolen.

Howdy,

Can I have Halle Berry swim ashore with me, as well? OK, now to Bourbon: WT rare breed, Baker's and Knob Creek single barrel and ideally, a case of 2 litre bottles of Diet Coke. 8-)

Pappy is an obvious choice, but I'll keep it realistic and with bourbons I have had.

1: Colonel E H Taylor Small Batch

2: Straight Edge

3: Anything from Corsair

1. Blanton's

2. Booker's

3. Stagg Jr

Keep it simple and available. Also, this triple pretty much hits my favorite profiles to match my moods.

My Royal Caribbean ship had Beam Small Batch collection, Blantons and Makers. I would go with the Beam high end stuff like Bookers Bakers, and maybe Knob Creek.

Parker's Heritage Promise of Hope. I don't understand why this release got such little recognition, it was my favorite bourbon in a year full of great releases. It didn't have fancy numbers, it was simply aged just right, proofed just right, and the best of the best barrels selected by a legend from a top notch distillery. Some of the other Parker's Heritage might be more interesting, but for me, only the 50th anniversary can compare when it comes to pure enjoyment.

By the way, hi guys, been lurking for a while and finally decided to sign up!
