Just read your review of Hirsch 16.

"A subtle nose that seems almost like you stepped into a tack room........with the windows wide open and the aroma from the flowers and clover just outside creeping in. There is a bit of oak and nuts to go with some brown sugar. Not a strongly aromatic nose, but very pleasing and classy. Stick your nose in the glass as far as you want there is little alcohol presence. "
