cooking and saying "Hi"

Hi All,

I have been on board since late last year, I've only posted a couple of things. But I would like to say how much I appreciate this site.

My wife saw a cooking show on TV and it was about southern cooking. They suggested when you have a recipe that calls for vanilla extract, to use bourbon instead.
I thought that was interesting.
