Pappy Van Winkle 23 Year

I recieved a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle 23 year as a gift. Im not much of a Bourbon drinker and after looking up the brand online I am confused on what to do. I would hate to waste such a sought after bourbon on an inexperienced pallat. Any suggestions drink or sell?

i wouldn't think twice.....I'd offer to trade it to the first guy who shows up at my door with a case of Dickel 9 year 103 proof.

Call some mates over and drink it. Be mindful it's a wheat recipe Bourbon so I recommend ginger ale as a mixer.
