Short time lurker, first time poster.

Crashing into the bourbon scene like a bull in a china shop. Until this year, rum has been my major.

Parker's Heritage Promise Of Hope
4 Roses Single Barrel
4 Roses Private Selections from Toddy's and Liquor World, bought before I found the flavor codes - I told you, bull in a china shop.
Russell's Reserve Small Batch
William Heavenhill Small Batch
PVW 23 and 20, bought two years ago. Haven't solved the problem of how to get more since the last few years got tighter. They're opened.
Elijah Craig 21
Bulleit 10
Blanton's
Weller 12yr
Old Forester Birthday
Woodford Reserve Distiller's Select
Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Malt (darker one)
Willett 8yr single barrel
Old Blowhard
Barterhouse
Michter's US-1 Bourbon
Sazerac Rye
Old Fitzgerald
Weller Antique

That's from memory. I'm sure I've missed a few.

Faves so far are the Parker's Promise Of Hope, PVW 23, Russell's Reserve 10 (this might turn out to be my daily drinker), Michter's US-1 Bourbon (despite the controversy), and the Woodford Reserve DS - honorable mention to the Old Forester Birthday.

Hi,

I'm from Belgium (sorry, my english is no that good), I'm a bourbon fan, but Belgium is not the right country for it, lol.

I'm new to the website, these are the bottle in my cabinet :

BTAC - George T Stagg 2013 (opened it three days ago, man, my number one bourbon),GTS 2015 / William Larue Weller 2015 (2) ( i just bought it 10 minutes ago at 160€, i'm so happy) I've already got one, but i paid too much for it, 500€ at an action, thinking about selling it, will see.
Willett Rye 2 & 8 years old
Pappy Van Winkle 15 years old
James E. Pepper 1776
W.L. 12 years old
E.H. Taylor Rye (uncorked) & Single Barrel (one of my favourite for the price)
Rowan's Creek
T stagg Jr (Batch 3)
Four Roses (Yellow edition)
I've finished a bottle of the Oak Project from BT last night, barrel n°70, it was good

That's it, i have to say, i'm proud of it. :D :D

I have been simplifying and going with safe mid-shelfers. SInce I know what I like, I get the 1.75 liter bottles whenever possible.

Jack Daniels Old Number 7
Wild Turkey 101
Fighting Cock
Old Granddad 114

I have not found anything I enjoy more than these.
