This bourbon is distilled at a low proof and put into the barrel at a low proof and is full of flavor. It has more flavor than many 6 to8 year old bournons on the market.

If you get a chance to pick up a bottle of this bourbon, I highly recommend that you do so. It is very much a full bodied bourbon with a lot of flavor. Tom told me that he distills it at a low proof and it goes into the barrel at 100 proof. The bourbon still has some great flavor from the grains and and plenty of good barrel flavors from the barrel at even its young age. A lot of young bourbons have barrel flavors by the truckload, but most of them are not the best flavors. This bourbon has the good flavors.
