I.W harper 150 months old in 1969 unopened

i came across a unopened bottle of I.W. Harper its kentucky straight bourbon 86 proof 4/5 quart 150 months old original mold was made in 1955 the figure was made in portugal in 1969 it is a man in light blue pants and top hat and a black tuxedo with a walking stick it is still sealed with a tax paid stamp can anyone help me with a price? it is in excellent condition
