1979 Old Weller Bourbon Whiskey

I've come into possession of this old great looking whisky bourbon and would like to know what enthusiasts and expert thought about it. I most certainly would be interested in putting it into the hands of someone would appreciate it more than me so I'm trying to figure out a value for it. I know there are some factors that go into this so I will include some pictures.
