Bourbon Country Stout

Lately I've been drinking the Goose Island Bourbon County Stout (aged in bourbon barrels). And I must say, this may be one of the finest commercial beers I've tried. Do yourself a flavor and find a bottle or three.

I tried this at a beer festival this past summer and thought it was one of my favorites there. If you like stouts there is an oatmeal stout called Stockyard from Chicago that is also very good.

I picked up a four pack of this stuff (20$!!!) and it was well worth it. I definitely wouldn't make it a regular, but it has a really great bourbon and vanilla flavor. They have a ton of these at the local liquor barn though so it musn't be a big seller.
