Social Hisrory of Bourbon

Unread postby PaulO » Wed Jan 09, 2008 1:06 pm

I was curious if anybody out there has read the book "A Social History of Bourbon" by Carson, published in 1963. I don't have the book in front of me at the moment, so I hope I got the title correct. The only copy I have ever seen was my wife's grandfather's. Anyway, it is an interesting book. I learned a lot about early U.S. history and bourbon, and the author has a sense of humor. If you can get a copy from a used bookstore or somewhere get it.
