Thanks Doug. It will have to go through a blind review so I will not know who is reading it and whether they used any of my suggestions or not. Then the design phase comes into play. I expect it to be about a year or more to get it done. I would like to see it done by Bourbon festival time next year, but I am not counting on it. I am encouraged that they wanted to start the reviewing process immediately. Hopefully before Christmas 2011.

The University Press has found the third reader for the book and now it is simply time to wait for their comments.

I had a very good meeting with the people at the University Press on Friday. Their goal is to get it out by the 2012 Bourbon Festival. They are also wanting to know more about the status of the tasting book I am doing with Susan Riegler and have lined me up for a third book after these two are done. It looks like i am going to remain very busy for several years.
