Just curious

I was noticing that I am approaching thirty book or article reviews. I am curious as to whether or not these reviews have influenced anybody's book purchases or reading choices?

For me it has for sure.
Most of the times these books are hard to get from where I am.
I just got Blood & Whiskey, I will take it to my library once in a while

While I can't say that it has caused a purchase just yet, it has helped me create a "wish" list of books to pick up...if I can just stop reading and rereading Chuck's book.

I got the Social History of Bourbon for Christmas this past year; wouldn't have happened without your reviews!

I was just looking at past reviews and I am impressed that even reviews with no replies have five or six hundred people who have looked at the reviews. With that said, I would be curious to have other people who own some of these books post their own review of the book so there can be a second or third opinion available. A book review is not that hard to do and it will give you an excuse to spend some time with a good book. How about it, Mike (any Mike will do)? Linn? Gary? Brenda? Anybody up for a book review?

Mike,

My bourbon library is unfortunately in storage, and the rest of my life is in a holding pattern. I would help if I could.
