Very flavorful for an 80 proof product. No burn but a nice thick mouth-feel. | | Finish: | Starts sweet and spicy, but oak tannins kick in for a fairly dry and almost bitter finish that lasts for over a minute. | | Overall: | This is a very good product at 80 proof, but I would like to taste it at 90 or 100 proof. I think it would be an exceptional product if the flavor was not watered down to 80 proof. |
